Shipping Policy
Studio Gonka currently ships to addresses within the United States. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are confirmed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders are expected to arrive within 2–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date and any options available to you.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or that the shipment can be redirected.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at gonca@gonkastudio.com with your order number.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier’s delivery information before contacting us. We will assist with available carrier inquiries or claims.
If a package or product arrives visibly damaged, retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item, package, and shipping label.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to the outcome of the carrier investigation.
